At remixviral.ai, we want you to be able to evaluate your first subscription purchase with confidence. This Refund Policy explains our 14-day money-back guarantee, credit-pack rules, and cancellation process.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

An eligible first subscription purchased directly through the RemixViral website is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the initial purchase date. The guarantee applies once per customer and covers the first monthly or annual website subscription. Contact support and include the payment provider identified at checkout or on your receipt.

• Submit the request within 14 calendar days of the first eligible website subscription charge
• Include your account email and transaction or receipt ID
• Renewals, plan changes, and later subscriptions are not new first-time purchases
• Any mandatory consumer refund rights continue to apply

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are not covered by this website guarantee. Refunds for those purchases must be requested from the store shown on your receipt and are subject to its procedures and rules. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

2. One-Time Credit Packs

The 14-day guarantee does not apply to one-time credit packs. Once any credits from a pack have been consumed, the pack is non-refundable except when the charge was duplicate or unauthorized or resulted from a billing error.

• Contact support before consuming credits if you believe a purchase was made in error
• Duplicate charges, confirmed unauthorized charges, and billing errors are eligible for correction or refund
• Refunds required by applicable law or the responsible payment provider's mandatory rules are not limited by this policy

3. Try Before You Buy

Before purchasing, we encourage you to:

• Use our free tier to test video generation quality
• Review example videos and demos on our showcase page
• Read our documentation and feature descriptions
• Contact our support team if you have questions

This allows you to make an informed decision before committing to a paid plan.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time using the provider shown on your receipt:

• Website purchase: go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and open subscription management
• Apple App Store purchase: use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → RemixViral
• Google Play purchase: use Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RemixViral
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• The provider will not renew the subscription after a completed cancellation

Important: Cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself issue a refund. Contact support separately if an eligible first website subscription is within the 14-day guarantee period. App-store refund requests must use the applicable store process.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Outside the 14-day subscription guarantee, we review payment problems involving:

• Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
• Billing errors caused by system bugs
• Confirmed unauthorized charges

To request a review, contact support@remixviral.ai with:

• Your account email
• Transaction ID and date
• Detailed explanation of the issue
• Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Requests under the 14-day first-subscription guarantee do not require a billing error. Other requests remain subject to this policy, applicable law, and the responsible provider's rules.

6. Technical Issues and Support

If you experience technical problems:

• Contact our support team immediately at support@remixviral.ai
• We will work to resolve issues within 24-48 hours
• You may be eligible for credit compensation if the issue was caused by our platform
• We may restore credits consumed by a confirmed platform failure

7. Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged without authorization:

• For a website charge, contact us immediately at support@remixviral.ai
• For an Apple App Store or Google Play charge, report it to the store shown on your receipt and notify us so we can assist
• Provide transaction details and evidence
• We will investigate charges we control and cooperate with the responsible provider
• Confirmed unauthorized website charges will be refunded through the original provider; app-store refunds follow the store's decision and process

8. Payment Provider Terms

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and, where applicable, merchants of record. Depending on the purchase flow, the provider may be Polar, Stripe, Apple, or Google. The responsible provider is identified at checkout or on your receipt. Approved refunds are returned through that provider, and processing times vary. Provider or app-store terms may apply alongside this policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of RemixViral after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
